Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice

So, the other night I had an extreme ITCH to bake something. The only problem was I had no baking supplies on hand and was in no way motivated to run to the grocery store with cookies on my brain (that could turn ugly). My roommate Tara and I made a quick decision to do a drive by at a nearby gas station. Tara picked up a bag of marshmallows and some popcorn and we were set.
 

Vuala! Popcorn balls! 

Not exactly baking but it was close enough for me!

What you'll need:
1 bag of large Marshmallows
1 stick of butter
2-3 bags of popped popcorn


Combine butter and  Marshmallows in a large pot over medium heat, continually stirring until melted. Once all the marshmallows have melted pour over popped popcorn. Mold popcorn into desired size balls and place on a cooling rack. Be careful not to burn your hands.

So easy and Delicious!
